Terms governing commercial evaluations, 60-day paid pilots, and annual enterprise licenses. Last updated September 2026.
1. Commercial Pilot Terms
Paid pilots run for 60 calendar days on up to 3 designated user seats on the Core tier. 100% of the paid pilot fee is credited in full against the customer's first-year annual enterprise contract upon execution.
2. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
Customers retain 100% exclusive ownership of all proprietary portfolio data, trade books, strategy weights, and internal parameters uploaded to or processed by Nyquist. Nyquist retains ownership of its analytical engines, quantitative models, ontology schemas, and software interfaces.
3. Service Availability & Support
These terms give no uptime commitment. Support levels for dedicated VPC and on-premise deployments are set out in the written agreement for each deployment.
