★ 01   Twelve questions

Product, price, pilot, perimeter.

01

What is Nyquist?

Nyquist is an agent research desk for funds under $500M AUM. Give it a ticker: a swarm of agents reads the filings, argues the bull and the bear case, and hands back a call with the reasoning shown. Underneath is one typed data model, one quant engine and one audit log, so every number traces back to its source and to the moment it was true.

02

Who is it for?

The PM who is also the risk desk: funds under $500M AUM that cannot hire a separate research and risk team. Banks and supervisors run the same engine under a different surface, by contract. Nyquist is not a retail trading product.

03

Is it a chatbot?

No. The agents work as tools over verified financial data, and every step opens to the filing or the tick it used. The final decision stays with a human: agents do not execute trades, and nothing is traded automatically.

04

Can I try it without signing up?

Yes. The demo runs in the browser and opens empty: you enter your own positions. No signup, no call.

05

How much does it cost?

List prices are on the pricing page: Core from $8,000, Professional from $14,500 and Enterprise from $30,000 per seat per year. Private deployment inside your own perimeter is licensed by AUM band, from $250K per year.

06

What does the 60-day pilot include?

Core with up to three seats for about sixty days, on your own data. The pilot is paid, and the fee is credited in full against the year-one contract. Nyquist runs a pilot program, so pilots are by application.

07

Where does my data live?

On a single-tenant stack on Microsoft Azure in the EU, or inside your perimeter by contract: a dedicated VPC or on-premise. No model is trained on client books.

08

Is Nyquist SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Not yet. Security questionnaires, including CAIQ, are answered on request. No third-party penetration test has been done; it is scoped with the first enterprise contract.

What is and is not certified →

09

Which models do the agents run on?

Today inference goes through hosted model APIs (NVIDIA NIM, OpenRouter), with each customer’s vendor keys encrypted at rest. Compact models that run inside your perimeter are on the roadmap and not in production.

10

What does “every number traces back to its source” mean?

The data layer is bitemporal: it records both when a value was true and when it was known. Any figure in a report opens to the input that produced it and to the run that computed it, and the audit log is hash-chained so its integrity can be verified on demand.

11

What does the platform cover?

42 domains and 54 hubs on one engine: derivatives pricing, portfolio and market risk, fixed income, ALM and liquidity, and systemic contagion. You start on the base platform and add only the hubs your desk uses.
